Abby Awe
Facilitator
Abby is a LA transplant after nearly a decade in NYC. She is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and has studied at Atlantic Acting School, The Freeman Studio and Upright Citizens Brigade. While in New York, Abby was recognized with a New York Times Critic’s Pick for her work in Gracie Gardner’s play Athena and developed new work with Pulitzer Prize finalist Clare Barron. Her recent TV/film credits include a recurring role on CBS’ God Friended Me, a lead role in the indie film Souvenirs and a role in the film Shoplifters of the World which she booked off of a self-tape. She helps actors feel their most authentic on screen and strongly believes that acting is meant to be fun!
Sol Crespo
Facilitator
Sol Crespo is originally from Caimito, Puerto Rico. She graduated from NYU Tisch with a BFA in Drama and a BA in Latin American Studies. Her favorite thing about being an actor is her favorite thing about being a writer: the development/rehearsal process--which is why she is an amazing reader. She has worked on stage and on-camera for many years and can be seen on New Amsterdam, Succession (booked off self-tape), Monsterland and Steven Soderbergh's Unsane (also self-tape!) to name a few. As an actor and writer, Sol is excited to help support you on your journey as you (cue Ciara) LEVEL-UP! She's also our Membership Liason and facilitator of the Guest Star R.I.S.E and Pop-Ups.
